Easy Exchange/Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from FeelFitWear, you are welcome to exchange or return the merchandise. Please make sure all of the items show no signs of wear including sweat, make-up, deodorant or hair. Used or washed clothes will not be accepted. The tags must be attached. Please, pack your clothing in the original package if possible.

For all exchanges. there is no additional out-going U.S. postage or handling charge for exchange transactions. If you would like to add items to your order at this time, they will also be shipped free. This offer is extended once for each order.

All return merchandise will be eligible for a full price refund minus shipping. Return postage is the responsibility of the sender.

Please send the information below along in the package:
1. A copy of your invoice, or if you no longer have one of these, a letter with the following information:
· Name, Phone number, E-mail address.
2. Please advise if there’s a return or an exchange
3. For exchanges: Please specify the item name, color and size you would like to exchange for.

We advise all our customers to ship the exchange/return package with tracking number of future references and security.

Processing and handling:

After receiving the return/exchange package, we will process your request within 2-3 business days from receiving it. If it’s a exchange and the item requested is out of stock, we will contact you by email. After processing the transaction if there is any remaining amount left, it will be credit back to the original credit card used to place the order. You should see the credit within 2-7 business days after processed, depending on your financial institution.

Returns and exchanges must be received within 45 days of your receipt of the shipment. Returns received after 45 days will be issued store credit.
