+   When will I receive my order?
Most orders received during business hours and before 3:30pm (PST) will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders received after business hours or during weekends will be process on the next business day. Orders shipped through our standard free shipping method will arrive within 2-3 business days by USPS Priority Mail after being processed.
+   How do I know when my order has been shipped?
When your order is complete and ready to be shipped, the status of it will change to complete and an email will be sent out to you with your tracking number and the carrier website link. You will be able to track the package and know when you can expect your fitness clothing.
+   I want to return my purchase! What should I do?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from FeelFitWear, you can return your item(s) for a full refund minus shipping within 45 days of purchase. Please make sure all of the items show no signs of wear including: sweat, make-up, deodorant or hair. Used or washed clothes will not be accepted. The tags must be attached and if possible send it back inside the original package. Return postage is the responsibility of the sender. Return/Exchanges can be shipped to: FeelFitWear 3288 Adams Ave #16009 San Diego, CA92176 We advise to mail it with a tracking number for your security.
+   How long does it take to process my refund?
It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach FeelFitWear’s return department. Once it is received and inspected by our staff, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied to your credit card to post to your bank account.
+   One of my items is in backorder?
We will notify you by email if an item needs to be placed on backorder. Most of our online catalog items are available in-stock for same day shipping but occasionally we can run short on our most popular items. If an item needs to be placed on backorder we will notify you by email with the expected date of arrival. All items placed on backorder, will be shipped with no extra shipping charges by USPS Priority Mail (U.S customers only). All the in stock items will be shipped same day or the following business day, depending on the time we received the order. For international customers: Items placed on backorder will be notified by email and by default the remaining items will be placed on hold until the order is complete. This will save you in overall shipping costs. If you would prefer to receive the items which are in stock, prior to the back order items and are willing to pay both shipping charges, we would be happy to send you the in-stock item and ship the backorder item upon delivery.
+   What is Customer Reward Points?
Customer Reward Points is FeelFitWear's way to say"Thank You!" for your support and business. To earn points you need to be a registered customer of FeelFitWear. For every order you place (except gift certificate) you earn 1 point for every $1 spent. You can redeem your points at any time on any order. After signed in, you can find your total points under the “shopping bag/Cart” page where it says: “Points you want to apply to the order (?):” – Hover the mouse on the (?) and a pop-up box will open and will inform you your total points. If you have items on the shopping bag the amount of points you need to pay for the entire order will display as well. Please contact customer service at customerservice@feelfitwear.com and request your points. They will process it and send you a coupon code worth of the total points requested.
